		<description>Another Great episode. I realized I forgot to tell you that I am in Murphy (Dallas suburb) TX. But you were very mild. Here at work we don’t use archaic terms such as subject matter expert. They are only refered to as SMEs. This language has been lovingly refered to as alpahabet soup. You also missed the real meaning behind terms such as “core comptency”...means we have no skills to produce anything else, so we will stick with what the business was started with.  To keep from atrophing out of existing, we are now “world class”, we need to sell all over the world to keep making money.
