Well, I knew this was coming, but it doesn’t make it any easier to hear. We still have a few episodes to go, though. Let’s celebrate the good times while we can!
Thanks for three years of excellent podcasting! I will miss the episodes but applaud your commitment to your family and other priorities.

Yikes! These are scary! I haven’t even listened to the episode yet!
You bastard. Everyone else can give you the moral high ground kudos but you’re a cruel cruel person to get me hooked and then take away my griddlecakes. I thought the worst I had to fear was potential annoying sponsorship but this news trumps. Well, at least I have time to get my mourning gear together. Waiiighhhhhhh.
Well Ron, this is from still another Ron, you will be missed. But, as a father of twin boys and a teenage daughter, I know how you feel. So as you said in the podcast, everything WILL workout just fine. Trust me.

I always listen to your new episodes as soon as I get them. I am still in shock and wish you could go to one a month or one every other month instead of stopping. You will be missed.

We have enjoyed Griddlecakes Radio tremendously, and want to let you know how much we will miss regular installments. It was difficult enough when my youngest son Luke and I heard you were going to take a short break for a vacation, but the look on his face when he heard that you were going to stop making regular griddlesodes was very sad.
As the mother of three, including a 20 year old daughter and 17 and 11 year old sons, I completely understand what it takes to be a good parent for teenagers. Enjoy your family without the added stress of self-imposed podcast deadlines, and please share new stories whenever you have the time, inspiration, and energy.

Well, Ron, this is my first time coming to Griddlecakes and I thoroughly enjoyed it! But I was so surprised to hear that this wonderful radio-show is coming to an end. As you said, life is transitions and you might find yourself transitioning back to hosting this delightful radio-show again after, hopefully, just a brief sabatical. See you at work
Well, I can understand your reasons and respect them, but I’m still going to miss having regular griddlesodes. I hope you’ll keep us informed as to where when we can see and hear any other projects you work on and I wish you well.
